Pre-launch: Tickbase is pre-launch. The multi-tenant hosted core — accounts, API keys, plan enforcement, Stripe provisioning — is built and tested; the hosted service opens at launch.

The service

Tickbase provides a developer API as described on the product page, billed monthly per the pricing page. Plans, quotas, and overage behavior stated on the pricing page are part of these terms.

Acceptable use

No illegal content or activity; no spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
No probing other customers' data, no credential sharing outside your team seats.
No reselling API access except where your plan explicitly allows it.

Billing

Subscriptions are monthly, USD, via Stripe. Cancel anytime — service continues to the end of the paid period. 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

Availability

We publish uptime targets by tier on the pricing page. They are targets, not guarantees, until measured history backs a contractual SLA. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and notify paying customers by email at least 14 days in advance.
