Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. Tickbase is pre-launch; this policy describes how we handle data today and our commitments as we grow.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and billing details when you subscribe (billing is processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers).
• API usage metadata: timestamps, endpoints called, request sizes, error codes, and per-account quotas. Request/response bodies are not logged beyond what each product's docs state.
• Support correspondence: emails you send us, kept to resolve your issue.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data. Ever.
• We don't use your content or submissions to train models.
• We don't share data with third parties except the processors needed to run the service (hosting, payments via Stripe, and the email/SMS providers you configure).

Data retention & deletion

Usage metadata is retained per your plan's history window, then aged out. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page — we'll confirm within 30 days.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. There is no web dashboard today; if one is added, it will use only strictly-necessary session cookies.
